A. By agreeing to these Terms and executing a contract with IPX, inc. or an IPX affiliate, an individual, organization or company becomes an authorized user ("User").
B. IPXCO.com authorizes a User to view and download a single copy of the material on the Web Site solely for your personal, noncommercial use.
C. You may not sell or modify information found on the Web Site or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the information in any way for any public or commercial purpose. O. IPXCO.com reserves the right to expel any User or users and prevent their further access to the Web Site for violating these Terms or the law.

You are defined as a customer if you have been granted access to our IPMS IP management platform either directly by IPX, or via a relationship with other parties who have otherwise gained access by IPX. We constantly work to ensure that the personal information our customers, submit to us remains private, and is used only for the purposes described in this policy. By using IPXCO.com or our affiliated web sites, you consent to the policies and practices described in this Statement. Your data will be stored and processed in whole or in part in the United States. If you access IPXCO.com or our affiliated web sites outside the United States, your usage of the site constitutes consent to the transfer of your data out of your country and to the United States.

This information is used for customer support, customer contact and to allows us to provide customers with access to secure areas on our site.
